Office space has changed more in the last five years than in the twenty before it. Companies are building fewer desks and more rooms people can actually take a call in, and older office stock was not laid out for any of that. Most of our office work is now reconfiguration rather than expansion — taking a floor plate designed for rows of cubicles and turning it into something that works for hybrid teams.
We build office interiors from cold shell and we rebuild them in place: demising walls, private offices, conference rooms, huddle rooms and phone booths, break rooms and kitchens, reception and lobby. Behind the finishes, the parts that decide whether people like the space — HVAC zoning that keeps the corner offices from cooking, lighting and daylighting that meets Title 24, acoustic separation so the conference room is actually private, and enough data and power in the right places.
We coordinate directly with furniture vendors and IT so the floor boxes, the whips and the cabling land where the workstations are actually going, rather than where a generic plan put them.
